Melaka

okayyy... since i haven't been really blogging recently..
i thought i could blog on the melaka trip i had recently with the family
so yeap... a few pictures to summarize our trip there...
we left right after church at about 10...
reached melaka at about ... i forgot =P
went to jonker street first to fill the tummy...

i can't remember what this is..

my mom found this onek-onek thing... AHHH !! i wanted more .. but mommy say don't eat so much sweet things....
it's like this coconut layer outside.. then a green flour-ish layer and THEN, GULA MELAKA and a small chunk of GULA MELAKA INSIDE !!! When you bite into it, its like... i dunno how to word it also... but i'm definately going for more next time.. meh !!

then we went for our real meal of the overly famous chicken rice ball thingey...
but i do admit, and i don't know why, i have been craving for this since i came back from melaka... its nice in a way.. me wan......
then we checked into our hotel
i think it's called equitorial..
i went to sleep straight away...
parents went to shop at a nearby shopping complex..
sisters watched tv and also fell asleep...

then my sisters forced me up
went to portugese village and had seafood dinner...
the crabs were yummy !
and i like the sotongs !!!
didnt like the fishy...
chicken wings were okay...
vege was yummy...
then we saw this area where we started out taking normal family photos...
until i did this =P

yes yes, no surprise... but then...
the sisters started coming up..
and here we go...

don't ask me what my mom was doing..
coz i have NO IDEA...
and then everyone went down...
and i had to do something again...
hehehehe !!!

my faeces didnt wanna come out.... =(

so did my sister's
HOWEVER..

this sister looks happy.. i guess her faeces came out ..

then it rained..
so we drove around melaka.. went to see the melaka sights...
saw the eye on malaysia thing..
then saw the ship... normal stuff lah..
then went into makhota parade only to waste time
coz it was raining..
and finally after the rain stopped
we went to jonker street
HOPING to see stalls
but

we were disappointed =(
but there were a few stalls...
and i bought some handmade keychains which were BEAUTIFUL
i saw a handmade drumset thingey too !!
maybe next time i will go get it...
went back to the hotel coz we were tired...
took turns to bathe...
then watched tv and ate junk food..
slept...
then next morning..
went to jonker street again...
and we had this !!!

the cendol was too good ! i'm a sweet tooth mar...
and it was just GOOD !
and i was never a fan of laksa stuff...
but this baba laksa thing was good !
i actually finished it !
the gravy was very nice.....
then after that we walked around
then went to the red buildings where there was a church and the clock tower place....
shopped shopped and shopped
got tired.. but my mom continued...
until about .. er.. i also dunno
then we headed back coz there was nothing else to do coz the eye on msia thing was not open.. dunno why...
went back and then headed for lunch at kuchai..
it was then i realised that there was a shop there that served very nice wan ton mee
very good =)
and then we headed home and yes
i slept again after a shower..
so did everyone ........

so yea.. wasnt a very eventful melaka trip
but it was a great one
made many good memories of the family
talked a lot..
caught up with each others lives..
and the most important thing
we spent time together =)
